NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS

Monday, October 26, 2026 • 7:00 PM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Westford, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at W11101 County Highway G, Beaver Dam, WI 53916, for the following purposes:

1. Call the meeting to order.
2. To consider adoption of a resolution by the town electors endorsing the Town Board resolution adopted October 5, 2026, proposing to exceed the 2026 payable 2027 allowable tax levy of $340,726 by 5.28% ($18,000), resulting in a proposed total levy of $358,726, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.0602(5).
3. To consider adoption of a resolution authorizing the Town Board to exercise the powers of a village board as a general and continuing power pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 60.10(2)(c) and 60.22(3).
4. Adjournment.
